This is significant for many reasons. Most Wedding Photographers Do NOT edit their own images – which means they have to send their images out to another company. Editing Companies LIMIT the amount of images a photographer can send. So not only do these photographers have no control over the over all look of these images, but they also have to limit the number of images they give back.
NOT US! We have full control from start to finish and have full control over ever single image we produce. This means that we will never limit your wedding images.
Online Gallery for Proofs Included: Every wedding package receives a Free Online Gallery for proofs (for 1 year). You may share this gallery with friends and family around the world. You also have access to order prints and products right from your gallery (if you wish). PLUS You also have the ability to mark ANY IMAGE YOU CHOOSE as Private. This may include “Getting Ready Images”. , Private moments or even certain photos you choose not to share with your boss and co-workers.
Your Online Gallery also has 2 Passwords: a Guest Password for Friends and Family which will share only images you want them to see AND a Private Password which offers you EXCLUSIVE Access to ALL of your images.
Best of all, You can Share and View your wedding proofs from any digital device, anytime, anywhere around the world!
Payment Plan: As always, our FREE Payment Plan is always included which means No Fees, No interest and NO Application or Credit required and our payment plan EXTENDS until after your wedding, when your proofs are ready!
Weddings are expensive! Our Wedding clients absolutely LOVE our Payment Plan because unlike most wedding professionals, the last payment is not due until a few weeks AFTER your wedding…. Not Before!
This is how it works: All packages and Add- On’s may be split into 3 Equal Payments.
1st Payment is our retainer and is required for us to book. This Payment saves your date and locks in your rate.
2nd Payment is due 4 weeks prior to your wedding. We send you an email about 6 weeks prior as a reminder so you have a few weeks to prepare.
3rd and final payment is not due until AFTER your wedding, when your proofs are ready! (Approx 3-8 weeks after your date)
Take a look at the quote attached and select the package and options you are interested in. The bottom of the invoice will show you what the payments will be and (approximately) when they are due.
**If you choose to pay upfront, we may be able to offer a better price.
Most Popular Package: If your Ceremony and Reception is in the same location, 6 hours is usually the perfect amount of time. Most brides choose the Most Popular Package which is the Diamond Package (6 Hours ) .
However, if you have Separate “Getting Ready” locations, Or would like to have your Wedding Portraits at an alternative location, Or want the Photographer to stay until the end of the reception for the “Exit Event” – 7 Or even Full Day (8 Hour) Coverage is recommended.
